On 105.1 The GOAT, Sturgeon Bay and Gibraltar will duke it out for their first conference win of the season in Sturgeon Bay on Monday afternoon.

 

Both teams find themselves winless in the Packerland Conference as their offenses have struggled to keep up with the runs they have been giving up. In their 11-1 loss to Crivitz last week, Emile Glocke was on the losing end of the game for the Vikings, surrendering all 11 runs on 13 hits and four walks while striking out just one. 

 

The Clippers have at least tasted victory this season with a win against Elcho by a 19-9 score. Like the Vikings, the Clippers have at an over -80 run differential this season against Packerland opponents. The Clippers have bragging rights over their northern neighbors, beating the Vikings in their lone matchup of last season 22-0.
