The Gibraltar boys' basketball team head to the Turtle School on Monday to battle the Oneida Nation Thunderhawks.

The Vikings struggled in the second half of its 63-40 loss against Kewaunee last Thursday, mustering just 15 points. Jake Schar led the way with 19 points, but no other Vikings player registered more than five points in the loss. Meanwhile. Thomas Stangel scored 17 points while Payton Kohnle and Sawyer Pribek also reached double figures for the Storm.

The Thunderhawks are 9-5 on the season, splitting their last eight games. Playing with a short bench, the Thunderhawks were led by Ethan Danforth with 24 points. The Thunderhawks also battled Washington Island over the weekend where the Bucks gave them fits.
