The Gibraltar Vikings are set to take on the Algoma Wolves Saturday night, after a stretch of good basketball being played the past two weeks. 

The Vikings have gone 2-2 in their past four games, with their losses coming by an average of 5.5 points between the two games. Andie Schar is having a breakout season so far, as she contributed 20 of the 33 points scored in a one point loss to Gillett Thursday night. The Vikings now have 3 players who average above seven points in Schar, Colleen Carlisle and Mikala Gorham. 

The Wolves of Algoma have bounced back nicely since their four point loss on January 5th, winning their last 3 games over Green Bay East, Sturgeon Bay and Gresham Community. Teagen Luedke was the leader in the win over Gresham, as she piled in a season high of 13 points in a 54-32 win.
