The Gibraltar girls' basketball team is still searching for its breakthrough this season after falling to Peshtigo Saturday night 51-24.

The Bulldogs limited the Vikings to just five made field goals on the night with Mikayla Gorham leading the way with seven points. Colleen Carlisle and Betsy Lecy each added six points to the ledger for the Vikings in the loss. Sydney Lund nearly outscored the Vikings herself, scoring 22 points. Fifteen of those points came in the first half as the Bulldogs came out with a huge lead they would not give up.
