In Thursday’s rubber match between Sevastopol High School and Gibraltar, the Vikings would fall in three sets. The Packerland opponents went back and forth in the first set but Sevastopol would eventually end on top, 25-22. Set two would be more of the same up until the game was at a 15-15 tie. The Pioneers would pull away for a 25-18 win. Sevastopol would control the Vikings in the third set, winning 25-13. In the losing effort, Agne Zukauskaite broke the all-time digs record with 935. She also collected 17 kills and 25 digs. Nida Zukauskaite tallied 7 kills and Zoe Armbruster had 12 assists and a pair of aces. 

The Vikings have still won four of their last six, and are .500 this season. Their record is now 5-5.
