Just a couple of games are left before the Gibraltar boys' basketball team begins a new season in the Division 5 playoffs.

The Vikings will first face Southern Door this week when the two teams meet in Brussels Monday night. They are looking to stop a five game skid in the Packerland Conference, which includes a nail-biting 75-74 defeat to Sevastopol last week. Led by Division 1 recruit Ryan Claflin, the Eagles are on a six game winning streak in the Packerland Conference, including two blowout victories over Algoma and Sturgeon Bay.
