Gibraltar struggles offensively against Crivitz

The Gibraltar Vikings girls' basketball team just could not get its offense in sync Monday night in its 56-34 loss to Crivitz.

Potentially setting the tone for the game was the lack of action for one of its best players in Abbi Sitte, who was limited to just five minutes of action, collecting just a single assist and rebound in the game. Sitte battled injuries earlier in the season. Missing a key part of its offense, the Vikings had no players score in double figures with Sage Krause and Sophia Alexander each leading the team with eight points. The Wolverines were paced by Emalee Johnson, who scored 12 points on the evening.

The Vikings will get back to work right away Tuesday night as they host Peshtigo.
