The Gibraltar Vikings doubled up their southern neighbors in Sturgeon Bay 52-24 in the other local girls' basketball game to take place Thursday night.

The Vikings had three players reach double figures in the win with Abbi Sitte and Sage Krause each scoring 12 points and Maggie Moroney adding another 11 points.  Krause and Moroney proved to be dangerous from behind the arc as they each knocked down a trio of three-pointers. The Vikings also did a good job in the free throw department on both sides of the ball, hitting eight of 11 shots from the charity stripe while allowing the Clippers to have four attempts from the line. Sarah Bridenhagen scored 10 points for the Clippers in the loss.
