On and off the football field, Gibraltar’s Connor Duffy and Brandon Stillman lead by example. Both players start on offense and defense, anchoring their respective position groups. Along with fellow seniors Dominic Krauel and Paul Hartmann, the pair went undefeated in all of their contested homecoming matchups and finally got their first win against county rival Sevastopol last week. Speaking after last week’s game, Stillman says it is all about getting the win.

For Duffy, he takes great pride in seeing his brother, freshman Jack Duffy, rise up to the occasion.

The Culver’s Co-Student-Athletes of the Week are also partners in the classroom, winning first place in the district DECA meet earlier this year in the Sports and Entertainment Marketing Team event. The pair hope to lead the Gibraltar Vikings to at least a share of the MONLPC-Eight-Man Football Conference championship when they travel to Wausaukee Friday night.
