The Gibraltar Vikings hope to run its winning streak in football to four when it plays NEW Lutheran/Oneida Nation Saturday afternoon in Green Bay on 105.1 The Viking.

 

The Vikings are coming off maybe their most exciting victory of the season, a 28-24 slugfest against previously unbeaten Laona-Wabeno. NEW Lutheran/Oneida Nation is also coming off a victory, a 14-0 decision to Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas. It is the first season as a co-op team for NEW Lutheran and Oneida Nation after years of playing apart. Boasting two different styles of offense coming into the season, Gibraltar head coach Mike Peck says they have done a good job blending it together.

 

 

Tim Kowols will have the call on 105.1 The Viking from Green Bay beginning at 12:30 p.m. followed by kickoff at 1 p.m.
