The Algoma Wolves volleyball opened its home slate on Thursday without capturing a set, losing to NEW Lutheran 3-0 (15-25, 15-25, 16-25).

The Wolves were led by Lauren Loucks (5 Kills, 5 Blocks, 3 Digs), Bristol Schmidt (4 Kills, 1 Block), Sadie Rikkola (14 Digs, 14 Receptions, 2 Kills), and Eva Liu (9 Receptions, 3 Digs).

The team is back at it on Tuesday when they face Sevastopol on the road at 7 p.m.
