Algoma baseball visits Reedsville

The Algoma Wolves baseball team is return to work on Monday with a non-conference tilt at Reedsville.

The Wolves swept a twinbill against Sevastopol on Friday, winning the games 1-0 and 7-5. Algoma claimed the opener in dramatic fashion when Braeden Leist delivered a walk-off sacrifice bunt in the bottom of the seventh inning to score the game’s lone run while the second game saw Cayden Neuzil jumpstart the Wolves’ offense with a bases-clearing triple in the third inning. Neuzil finished with two hits, while Brogan Ray also drove in a run.

First pitch is set for 4:30 p.m.
