Algoma's foray into non-conference play on Tuesday was a successful one as they beat Oneida Nation 69-52.

 

The Wolves jumped out to a 39-16 thanks to Braeden Leist and Parker Lischka combining to score 28 points in the frame. The Thunderhawks' Carlos VeraCanter did his best to reel in the Wolves in the second half as he scored 15 of his team-high 23 points in the second half.

 

Leist ended up with a game high 26 points while Lischka posted 12 points and Cayden Neuzil and Lane Cochart each chipped in 10 points.

 

The Wolves are back on Friday when they host Gibraltar on 105.1 The GOAT.
