Algoma faced off against a Kohler team Tuesday night that had lost just two games this season since a rough opening game. However, Algoma has had a lot of success this season as well, losing just six games.
The Wolves struggled to hold Kohler on the defensive side of the ball allowing a season-high in points in a 77-52 loss.
Algoma made the shots when they had opportunities, but struggled in transition defense making space for the Blue Bombers to pull away.
The tough loss, is just the seventh on the season, but the Wolves will try to rebound quickly as they finish up conference play in the next week taking on Gibraltar Friday and Kewaunee Feb 16. Both will start at 7 p.m.
