Parker Lischka had one of the best nights of his decorated career in an Algoma Wolves' uniform against Sevastopol Friday night in a 66-51 victory that turned a two-point halftime lead into a 15-point victory.
Lischka relied on the short game and free throws, going 9-11 at the line and putting 11 field goals through for a game high 31.
Sevastopol was trailing by just two at the break, but was then outscored 37-24 in the second creating more distance that they couldn't recover from. Bo Tanck and Reid Kacmarynski combined for 28, but it wasn't enough to keep it close.
Algoma rebounds after falling to Peshtigo their last time out and picks up their 12th win on the season (12-5) meanwhile Sevastopol's record evens out at 9-9.
Both teams will have home games coming Monday as the Wolves will face Southern Door and the Pioneers tip off against Gibraltar at 7:15 p.m.
