Ten three pointers made by the Algoma girls basketball team proved to crucial in a 52-46 win over Peshtigo Monday night.
Jadyn Nellis and Reagan Schneider each hit two in the first half, helping the Wolves climb to a 27-23 advantage at the break. The Bulldogs were able to keep the Wolves reeled in during the second half, but could never get over the hump as Schneider hit another pair of threes in the second half en route to a 14 point night to lead the Wolves.
Complmenting Schneider were 13 points from Nellis and 10 points from Claire Gerdmann. The Bulldogs were led by Jaycee Mullins' 14 points and eight points apiece from Peyton Michalski and Jadyn Jashinsky.
