After their first conference loss of the season to Kewaunee, the Algoma Wolves' girls got right back on schedule taking down the Sturgeon Bay Clippers at home.
The quick turn-around had no impact for Algoma as they pounded the rock offensively and pulled away from Sturgeon Bay early in the first half. Algoma rebounds with the 71-19 victory and will prepare for another big matchup in the forecast.
Jadyn Nellis led the Wolves with 19 points while Lauren Loucks added 12 points and Ella Severinsen chipped in 11 points in the Wolves win. Reen Walker led the Clippers with five points while Regan Kasten and Prudence Goettelman each chipped in four points.
A home date with Oconto is on the schedule for Thursday at 7 p.m.
