The Algoma girls’ basketball team is playing at home this Friday, taking on the Gibraltar Vikings. The Vikings are looking to bounce back from a 43-34 loss to Sturgeon Bay. Azucena Jauregui led the scoring with 8 points, followed by Celeste Jauregui, Megan Schar, Emilie Glocke, and Gabriella Soloman, all with 6 apiece. The Wolves look to build off a 67-39 victory over Two Rivers. Paving the way for the Wolves was Jadyn Nellis with 15 points, Claire Gerdmann with 14, and Sadie Rikkola with 12 points.
