N.E.W. Lutheran had its home opener against Algoma for Girls’ Varsity Volleyball. N.E.W. with a strong performance, winning 3-0. Algoma gave it their all, showing a hard fight in the third set. N.E.W. Lutheran ended the game with 31 total kills, led by Sophomore Sadi Czaja with 7 of them alone. Also, Sophomore Kiley Dhein, Sophomore Paige Loock, and Junior Kiera Adams-Mcintosh each had six kills.
