Cedar Grove-Belgium scored four runs in the sixth inning to escape their matchup with Algoma with a 7-6 win.

The two teams traded two-run innings in the first inning with Charlie Prokash and Carson Leist singling in runs. The Wolves would take a 5-2 lead in the third inning thanks to a Rockets error and a run-scoring single off the bat of Jack Schwader. The two teams would trade runs before the Rockets put four on the scoreboard in the sixth inning. While Jonah Banton's double got the Rockets closer, two errors brought in the game-tying and eventual game-winning runs to sink the Wolves. 

Prokash, Jacob Massey, Schwader, and Leist all registered RBI in the loss. Leist was responsible for the decision on the mound, allowing the final two runs (0 ER) in the contest in 2/3 of an inning.
