A hot-shooting Algoma Wolves girls basketball team ran past the Sturgeon Bay Clippers Friday night at home with a 62-30 victory and stayed undefeated in the Packerland Conference. 

 

The Wolves exploded to take a 34-18 lead into halftime and never looked back.

 

Sierra Slaby led Algoma with 17 points, while Jayden Nellis scored 15 points with five three-pointers.

 

The Clippers were led by Dasha Yeltysheva with 12 points, Regan Kasten added nine, and Cady Carlson tallied seven more.  .

 

We are in action next on Saturday, December 28, at 10:30 A.M. at the SunDrop Shootout at the Kress Center against Gillett.
