The Algoma Wolves made the most of their long trip to Three Lakes on Saturday, beating the Blue Jays on the gridiron 36-8.
It was 22-0 before the Wolves get its say in offensively. By then, Parker Lischka had scored through the air from Lane Cochart and on the ground for the first two touchdowns before Isaac Yunk found the endzone. After Carter Flannery helped the Blue Jays narrow the deficit with a score from a yard out, Cochart and Yunk each reached the endzone on the ground to help the Wolves march to a second straight victory.
Lischka and Yunk each had over 100 yards rushing as the Wolves compiled more than 300 on the afternoon. Lischka also accounted for 89 of Cochart's 115 yards passing.
The Wolves are back in action this Friday with a rare opportunity to avenge a loss earlier this season when Oneida Nation/NEW Lutheran travel to Perry Field.
