With just one local team still alive in winter sports action, the other schools in Door and Kewaunee counties can shift their attention to the spring.

 

Track and field is the first sport to get its close-up, which was allowed to have its first practice on Monday. Softball can start practicing next Monday, followed by baseball and girls' soccer the week after. The first track meet can take place as early as March 12th. Below is a schedule of when each team is expected to begin their respective track meet schedules:

 

Algoma: March 14th at UW-Oshkosh

Kewaunee: March 21th at Manitowoc Lincoln

Luxemburg-Casco: April 9th at Waupaca

Southern Door: March 14th at UW-Oshkosh

Sturgeon Bay: March 14th at Ripon

Sevastopol: March 14th at Ripon

Gibraltar: March 14th at UW-Oshkosh
