The Algoma Wolves girls' basketball scored just enough to bounce back from their loss earlier in the week with a 36-27 win over Peshtigo on Friday night.

The Wolves headed into the break with a 17-12 with Therese Gerdmann and Sierra Slaby providing the bulk of the offense. Jaydn Nellis provided the offensive relief in the second half, scoring 15 of her team-high 18 points after the break to help the Wolves seal the win. Gerdmann's evening ended with nine points and Slaby added six points. Four players scored at least five points for the Bulldogs, led by Rylie Ellie's eight points.
