Even with Parker Lischka's 30 points, the Algoma Wolves needed an extra period to defeat NEWCHAA 68-63 on Monday night.

Lischka did most of his damage in the second half, registering 22 of the 30 points in the frame thanks to four three-pointers. The outburst was needed as the Wolves found themselves down 10 points heading into the break. Jack Tebon scored six of his 12 points, and Chase Romdenne added five of his 15 points in the extra stanza to lead the Wolves past NEWCHAA. The visitors were paced by Corban Jackson's 20 points, 15 points from Benny Erickson, and 12 points from Carter Frisque. 

The Wolves return home on Thursday for a matchup against Sevastopol that will air on 104.1 WRLU.
