The Algoma Wolves could not keep pace with Two Rivers on Monday in their boys' basketball opener.

 

The Purple Raiders were able to force the Wolves into some bad shots early on, and a 26-12 run to end the first half all but doomed the home team as they were chasing a deficit the rest of the night. 

 

The Wolves' Parker Lischka led the way with 19 points, while Grant Vandervest added eight points in the loss. Three others scored at least three points. The Purple Raiders saw Carson Radow score 26 points while his teammate, Eli Gallagher, contributed 18 points.
