The Algoma Wolves fell to the Bonduel Bears 45-22 in a non-conference opener at home.  The Wolves could not overcome a 30-16 halftime deficit and loss to a Bonduel team that made it to the sectionals last season and returned two of their top scorers.

The Wolves were led by Rylee Zimmerman who finished with 10 points.

Algoma now will play at Freedom in another non-conference game.
