The Algoma cross country team had someone competing in both the boys and girls races for the first time this season at Thursday's Pioneer Invite hosted at Cherry Hills Golf Course in Sturgeon Bay.

 

Cooper Fay made his Wolves' debut for the boys, breaking 24 minutes on the 5K course to finish in 32nd. Emily Reif was the lone girl for Algoma, finishing at 32:25.
