Wolves baseball makes quick work of Hilbert/Stockbridge

The Algoma baseball team just needed five innings to get past Hilbert/Stockbridge, beating them 10-0 in five innings.

A five-run second inning was all the Wolves would need as they batted around, though Jack Cole was the only player that would drive in a run via hit as a collection bases-loaded walks, hit batsmen, and errors brought home the other runs in the frame.

An error would bring home the sixth run before J Fenendael stole home for the Wolves' seventh run. A balk and two errors brought home the Wolves' three other runs that ended the game early.

Cole had two hits while Fenendael and Braeden Leist each posted one hit. Leist and Parker Lischka combine to shut out Hilbert/Stockbridge on two hits while combining to strike out five players.
