The Algoma Wolves will start the week with a non-conference matchup against Hilbert Monday afternoon.

The Algoma Wolves simply could not score enough runs to keep pace with the Oconto Blue Devils on Saturday, losing both ends of their doubleheader by the scores of 5-2 and 14-2.n game one, the Wolves found themselves down 4-0 before Braden Leist singled home one run and doubled their total with a bases-loaded walk drawn by Aiden Jorns. Javen Charles took the loss for the Wolves on the mound, allowing four runs (two earned) on eight hits across five innings while striking out seven. The bright spot in game two's loss came in the third inning when the Wolves rallied to score two runs on an RBI single by Parker Lischka and an RBI double by Carson Leist.

Hilbert/Stockbridge snapped a six-game losing streak last Thursday as they beat Elkhart Lake 9-7.
