The Algoma Wolves boys basketball team will take on a top Packerland power when they welcome in the Peshtigo Bulldogs Saturday night. 

It will have been eight days since the Wolves hit the court against the Oconto Blue Devils last Friday in a 62-56 loss. The Wolves are being led by multiple top scorers, as the guard play from Algoma has led them to their current record of 6-12 and 2-10 in Packerland Conference play. The Wolves will look to play spoiler to Peshtigo’s conference championship pursuit. 

Peshtigo remains towards the top of the standings nearing the end of the regular season, as they sit at 10-2 in the Packerland and 16-4 overall. A three game conference winning streak leads the Bulldogs into the final stretch of the regular season, in search of their second straight conference championship.
