The Algoma boys basketball team return home for its senior night on Thursday when they welcome Sevastopol.

The Wolves' sank 11 threes on Friday, but it was not enough to topple Oconto in a 62-56 loss. Owen Robertson had a team-high 14 points in the loss with three of those three-pointers to his credit. Kaden Vardon added 12 points (three 3s), Chase Romdenne chipped in 11 points, Grant Vandervest contributed 8 points (two 3s).

The Pioneers gave up a run to end the half to take a 33-20 deficit into the half before Sturgeon Bay had another strong start to the second half in a 69-35 loss to the rival Clippers. Zaul Valdivia scored 11 points and Lucas Delsart added 10 points in the loss.
