Wolves girls finish back to back versus Clippers

On the second night of a back to back, the Algoma Wolves will take on the Sturgeon Bay Clippers Friday night.

Algoma has sputtered as of late after getting off to a hot start. The Wolves had lost 3 of their last four games heading into their matchup with Southern Door Thursday night. Overall good outside shooting has been the factor for that, shooting 25.6% from three as a team. Defense has been the main strength for the Wolves, as they hold their opponents to 44.5 points per game.

For Sturgeon Bay, they as well will play in back to back matchups, after taking on the Green Bay East Red Devils Thursday night. Still looking for their first win in Packerland play, Sturgeon Bay could look to play upset over the Wolves. That would be led by the guard play of the Clippers, with Autumn Rass, Dasha Yeltysheva and Emma Reinhardt all being the leading scorers for Sturgeon Bay.
