The Algoma football team hopes a game against Oneida Nation/NEW Lutheran will right the ship Friday night.

The Wolves were the latest team to fall to first-place Lena/STAA 52-24. Grant Vandervest had most of his success through the air as he connected with Kaden Vardon for two scores while passing for 124 yards and rushing for another 61.

The United have struggled scoring points this season, including in a 42-12 loss to Suring last week. Bryce Liebzeit is the offensive leader of the United, rushing for over 340 yard and a pair of scores so far this season.
