The power running game of Algoma is still in full force as they picked up a conference win over NEW Lutheran/Oneida Nation/Providence Academy 48-12 Thursday night.

According to Kevin Naze, Kaden Vardon and Grant Vandervest got the Wolves off to a strong start and 24-6 halftime lead. The pair each had a rushing touchdown and the two connected on a passing score to set the tone for the rest of the game. 

The Wolves are back in action next Thursday when they host Wausaukee at 7 p.m.
