Algoma will have pride on the line Friday night when they take to the football field to play Gillett.

The Wolves toppled Sevastopol last week 40-18 after letting them get back into the game a little bit in the third quarter. Conference-leading Lena/STAA remains the Wolves only loss of the season, but WIAA rules on enrollment will keep Algoma out of the playoffs. The Tigers received a forfeit against Oneida Nation/NEW Lutheran last week, but lost to Athens 60-14 in a make-up game. They have given up at least 60 in four of their seven losses.
