Wolves football travels to Suring

The Algoma football team hopes to extend their winning streak to two with a trip to Suring on deck for Friday night.

 

The Wolves outscored the Wausaukee Rangers 22-6 in the fourth quarter en route to a 44-28 victory after trailing at halftime. Quarterback Carter Zimmerman trails only Gibraltar's Sam Lindenberg on the conference leaderboard for passing (267 yards) and rushing (233 yards) through two games.

 

The Eagles scored 34 unanswered points in its 34-6 win over Sevastopol last week after dropping its season opener. 

 

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
