Maddie Prokash threw a gem on Tuesday for Algoma Wolves Varsity, allowing zero runs and besting Hilbert/Stockbridge by a score of 5-0.

 

Algoma Wolves Varsity opened up scoring in the first inning, when Chloie Spitzer grounded out, scoring one run.

 

A single by R Cole in the first inning was a positive for Hilbert/Stockbridge.

 

Prokash was credited with the victory for Algoma Wolves Varsity. She lasted seven innings, allowing three hits and zero runs while striking out 14 and walking one.

 

G Vandehey took the loss for Hilbert/Stockbridge. She surrendered five runs on seven hits over three innings, striking out one and walking one.

 

Brooklyn Hoffman went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Algoma Wolves Varsity in hits.

 

Hilbert/Stockbridge didn't commit a single error in the field. B Ecker had seven chances in the field, the most on the team.
