Algoma Wolves Varsity defeated Peshtigo 7-1 on Saturday thanks to four runs in the third inning.  Makayla Guillette, Brooklyn Hoffman, and Breanne Schmidt all drove in runs in the frame.

Maddie Prokash pitched Algoma Wolves Varsity to victory. She went seven innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out 11.

G Meyers took the loss for Peshtigo. She surrendered six runs on seven hits over five innings, striking out nine.

Algoma Wolves Varsity collected nine hits on the day.  Missy Srnka and Guillette all had multiple hits for Algoma Wolves Varsity.  Guillette and Srnka each managed two hits to lead Algoma Wolves Varsity.
