Algoma Wolves Varsity took home a 4-2 victory over Sevastopol on Thursday.

 

Algoma got on the board in the first inning. Mitchell Zimmer singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

 

Trevor Nell was on the pitcher's mound for Algoma. He went six innings, allowing two runs on four hits and striking out three.

 

Jack De Young was on the hill for Sevastopol. He surrendered three runs on three hits over five innings, striking out one. Jacob Pflieger and Arthur Hocevar entered the game from the bullpen, throwing one inning and one inning respectively.

 

Max Panger led Algoma with two hits in four at bats. Noah Lukes and Justin Dragosh also had hits

Robby Pollman went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Sevastopol in hits.
